Lee Eaton
Head Coach/Performance Consultant
My passion for cycling came a long time ago, competing in numerous disciplines of the sport, but settling quite early on with MTB racing. My love of competitive racing drove me to look deeper in to how the human body actually works and responds to training.
With this I decided I wanted to start my coaching journey, where I could help people achieve targeted goals and get the best from themselves.
Many years on, I've never looked back! I am an ABCC Level 3 qualified coach and continue my study in exercise physiology and sports science regularly, to keep up with the latest research & development.
This allows me to provide the best service, expertise & knowledge to my athletes, but more importantly, get the best out of them!
I have helped many athletes succeed in achieving their goals over the years, from one off events, to winning national titles - it's about communication, understanding each individual and working efficiently to achieve goals and succeed!

Performance Coach
I've ridden bikes all my life; BMX, Road, Mountain Bike and Gravel. On or off road, I just love being on a bike.
I have competed in many disciplines and enjoyed them all. My current personal focus is ultra-distance, and I love that riding and racing has taken me around the world, making some amazing friends along the way.
I'm an ABCC Level Three Coach and alongside my real world riding, training and race experience - I continue my studying to keep abreast of developments and ideas that can be used to benefit my coached riders.
I believe that anyone can improve with personal commitment and high quality coaching. I love getting to know my riders and finding training strategies that fit alongside their needs, wants, and lifestyles. I also really enjoy advising on target setting, equipment and race strategy. I consider these aspects a crucial part of any coaching service.
